ThaiPo for Business connects to your business's LINE Official Account, the account your customers message. If you only chat customers from your personal LINE, this is not for you yet.

Questions

Do my customers need to do anything?

No. They keep using LINE exactly as they do now. They just start understanding you, and you them.

What happens to my current LINE inbox?

Your team replies inside ThaiPo instead of the LINE console, so replies go out translated. Customers still see one normal LINE chat with you.

Which languages do you support?

Any. Whatever a customer writes in, your team reads it in Thai (with English too, if you switch it on), and your Thai replies go back to each customer in their own language. ThaiPo sets that reply language from how the customer first writes, and you can pin it per chat.

Is my data private?

Each business is sealed on its own. What ThaiPo learns in your chats is never shared with any other business, and one customer's details never leak into another customer's chat.

Can my staff use their phones?

The inbox works in any browser on any device, and a dedicated mobile app is on the way.

What does it cost?
